The South African Radio League (SARL) in conjunction with the Hermanus Magnetic Observatory (HMO) runs an HF beacon project for ionospheric propagation studies.
Here you will find information about the project as well as a online form to report beacon observations.
The unit allows guest access allowing you to fill-in the beacon report without logging into the site. Guest access does have limitations though, for example you will not be able to view other logged reports or participate in the forum discussions.
To have full access to the unit you must create an account on the moodle site and login with that account. To create an account you must have access to an active email account, which will be used for verification.
